If you already have an executed lease, the next step is to get aproval from the management office. To make the application process more efficient, there is an online application. Please use the link below and follow the instructions.

Required Payment:  Separate – Money Orders/Cashier’s Checks, you may send by mail or come to bring it in person.

 

Make payments payable to:  1010 Brickell Condo Association

Elevator Fee   $500  (not refundable)

Security Deposit = 1 month rent

 

Our office hours:  M – F  9:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

  • Please note that tenants are not allowed to have pets.  The application process takes approximately 14 business days.
  • The service elevator is always completely booked 2 weeks ahead.  Your prospect tenant will not be able to schedule the service elevator to move in until he/she is approved by the association.
  • All units only come with 1 parking space, if the tenant has more than 1 vehicle, he will not be able to park it in the building…since we do not have additional parking space for rent.

Parking, you will be able to rent a parking space at Mary Brickell Village (1.5 block away).
